I’m about 8 months into lifting weights 5-6 days a week. I have came a very long way and continue to learn more and grow every day. The way I keep myself hungry every day is telling myself that I’m still on the bottom and I just gotta keep pushing and convincing myself that every single rep, every single set is my last so I can see my full potential. So, when that day becomes when my dream transforms into a reality, I will know that I earned it and I worked my ass off every day for it. Consistency, dedication, and the desire to expand your knowledge are the keys of seeing great results and success. Keep going, keep fighting, we are all going to make it one day.
